At Shrub Fuel, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

Shipping rates, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is placed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Shrub Fuel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. However, if your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@shrubfuel.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

For damaged orders, please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
