Returns

Because Shrub Fuel is a consumable food and beverage product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or consumed items. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us — we want to make it right.

For unopened, undamaged orders, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us to request a return. Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. You'll need your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
